We process orders within 48-72 hours of receipt (processing time does not include the weekend). Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM PST through the weekend are processed the following Monday or next business day. accepts orders to U.S. destinations only. We are unable to ship to international destinations. Please note that we only ship authorized purchases.

To track your order via the carrier’s Web site, use your tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.


If you are not satisfied with your SILKTÁGE purchase, simply return the unused portion with a note describing the reason, and we will be happy to refund your account for the full amount of your purchase. We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date.

If your package was damaged during the shipment process by the carrier, please save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately via email at The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.


SILKTÁGE offers free shipping for orders over $25. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.


SILKTÁGE accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal. We do not accept American Express, checks, money orders, COD or credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States.
