Therefore, if you're body weight is for example 150 pounds, you should drink anywhere from 75-150 ounces. This alone helps improves the appearance of wrinkles, thus is key for anti-aging.
A good tip and personal goal might be to start out with at least keeping a gallon of water in next to you and set a reminder on your phone to drink it throughout the day.
